All they want is people in and out!! My eyebrows were so thick and I left that place with nearly no eyebrows!!! After I asked kindly to leave them as is. I went 3 months growing my eyebrows for this? Nope they need to stop rushing and take there time! Never going there again!!!!!!

No matter how many times you tell them you don’t want your brows thin, they still thin them out “to even them out”. I told the lady “im growing them out” Before she started because that’s what the manager told me to say to them last time. I haven’t been here in two months because they messed my eyebrows up last time, but I decided to give them another try. Once again, they messed up. Also they are always rushing their work.

My sister had great service with the manager, however I had a horrible experience with the employee who did my services. I should have known not to let the woman touch my eyelashes or brows after the poor woman in front of me (who came in with freshly set weave from the salon) got EYELASH GLUE in her HAIR! I felt so bad for her, the employee said they don’t like it when customers come straight from the salon and tried to blame it on the customer! Fast forward- I’m in the chair, she does my brows. I went in today thinking they would have good service like another Seva we visited before and I was totally wrong went to this location because it was close from work! Never again I asked my brows to be waxed and she said no I will thread and starting threading my eye Browns what ever no big deal I just prefer wax. I asked for tint and was never asked what color I wanted when it was done it’s not right and it looks like it was dark dark green never going back there again !!’

Had the WORST experience here! If I could rate zero stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever. I went in last week to get my lashes done. First of all, the lady who did them didn’t even wash her hands or anything before proceeding to touch my eyes. Then she completed the lashes within 5 min max! What eyelash place completes lashes on both eyes within 5 min? I’ll wait.. Then I paid for them and left, I just walked out the door and noticed the glue was keeping my eyes heavily shut and weighing them down. When I went back in the lady had an attitude when I told her they were shutting my eyes and I wanted her to take them off. She had me call her manager which I did and her manager told me to come back and get a refund when she was in the store a couple days later. Mind you, I don’t live close to them I lived 30 min away. The manager, Asma, told me to text her when I’m on the way. I did, she didn’t respond but I still went took the drive to get there. She then told me that she couldn’t give me a refund because it’s in their policy. However she could’ve told me this when I spoke to her on the phone or when I texted her. She made me drive up there for no reason. The people are rude, the customer service is terrible!! I would not wish this place on my worst enemy!

Had a terrible experience here. Would not recommend to anyone. The staff was very unpleasant and seemed almost indifferent towards my fiancé. I would highly recommend going somewhere (not here) where the staff will take their time to satisfy their clientele.
