The customer service was good. I wish they had a rating no star rating. Because they messed my eyebrows up. I look like Bert on sesame Street. My eyebrows was like two black tapes with a gap in the middle. The worst thing of all the next day I had to go out of town. So I had to scrub it off the dye the best way I could it took up my whole forehead so just imagine you scrub your eyebrows and your forehead. I look like a straight-up clown. I would never go back there again .

I was at the location in Shorewood today. The girl literally worked on 3 customers and did not sanitize her hands between customers. She was touching money also!! When it was my turn, I politely asked the young lady to sanitize her hands, and she got a whole attitude about it. I did not receive the service I usually receive. I was disgusted and will be searching for another place to get my eyebrows done. It speaks volumes about her hygiene (lack of) because you are touching people’s faces. I was shocked that she did not want to clean her own hands. I watched the other lady across from her, she finished a gentleman’s face and did the exact same thing. Poor hygiene practices!! Please if you use this place, make sure they are sanitizing their hands.

I love these ladies in this location!!! They do great work my lashes (if I take care of them properly) last over two weeks! Even if I have to wait these ladies make it a good experience by cutting up and getting everyone to laugh! I am forever telling people to go to this location! Love the ladies and I will be there this morning!!

This is the best place in TOWN or any other place for that matter to get your eyes done. The work that they do is the best. I Absolutely LOVE the owner. She is the sweetest, kindest, hard working person I’ve ever met. She takes great care of me. Other people that post about long waits well of course there is going to be a long wait when everyone goes to BEST PLACE in town and if there was no wait that would show people they suck but THEY DON’T duh…. No other place compares to them.

Was very disappointed, had my brows done I should have gotten her name but I didn’t she left a lot of hairs didn’t shape them at all and when I told she got upset and started talking to the other ladies in their language which I think is very rude since I don’t speak it or understand which it was obvious they where talking about me. Was so upset will never go back I rather pay more money than to be insulted and embarrassed in front of the whole place .

This place use to be the spot to go to for eyebrow but only a few ladies there know how to fix your eyebrows right (like 2). So be warned they’ll mess you up like they did me… never going again!!!

Horrible service. Super long waits which are completely disrespectful to a person’s time. Owner is arrogant and thinks she can treat people any kind of way and that there aren’t other options in the area. There are a ton of people doing lashes now.
