Critical: ProfessionalismI signed in and the girl asked me to come back in 30 minutes because she was eating. Since I signed in my spot should have been saved. But I came back in less than 10 minutes and she was working on the lady ahead of me. But then wouldn’t let me go next because someone else signed in after me but sat and waited. Honestly, I was super excited to get my eyelash extensions for the first time ever. I thought it was a great deal since it was cheaper I thought it would just look less full or something and I was fine with that since it was my first time even though I love the more full look and usually wear extreme false lashes. Instead of adhering the lashes to my lashes they were all adhered to my eyelid. I got glue in my eyes more than once because the person doing my lashes had me keep my eyes open the entire time. I was extremely embarrassed with how they turned out. I tipped the woman to be polite because I don’t like being confrontational. I got home and I was still kinda excited just cause I thought they’d maybe settle and look nicer but instead when I hugged my boyfriend a lash got caught on his sweatshirt and ripped half of them out, since there was so much glue I may have well just applied falsies and called it a day. I’m extremely sad over this. I tried calling 3 times to ask when a manager would be in with no answer. I’m new to the area, as I just moved to Illinois from Minnesota and I’m very disappointed. I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded as well but I was rushed away. Ugh. I have pictures as well but I can’t seem to find how to add them. Will do when I get to my actual computer. Unlikely to return 🙁

I came in last night to get eyelash extensions and got my eyebrows threaded and tinted I asked for thin eyebrows she made them thick and patchy. So this is my first time getting my eyelashes done right, turns out there individual lashes not extensions and I ahvnt had them ok n 24 hours and there falling off
