Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI came here to get my eyebrows done yesterday and only asked for a cleanup, that meaning I didn’t want them thinner or a different shape and I made that clear. Then the lady told me she tried to not take off as much hair, she made them really thin and overly trimmed the front of my brows. Do not recommend coming here unless you like thin brows, and want cuts next to your eyebrows. I usually always go to the wheeling location because they’ve actually listened to my request of how I want my eyebrows done. I came here to get my eyebrows done yesterday and only asked for a cleanup, that meaning I didn’t want them thinner or a different shape and I made that clear. Then the lady told me she tried to not take off as much hair, she made them really thin and overly trimmed the front of my brows. Positive: QualityI went in for a simple eyebrow waxing. I wish I could remember the girl’s name because she did a marvelous job. My eyebrows are normally very faint and hard to see on my skin tone. The lady offered to tint them for me. At first, I was nervous because I had never had that done before. I was afraid it wouldn’t look good. But I absolutely LOVED the end result. I went in for a simple eyebrow waxing. I wish I could remember the girl’s name because she did a marvelous job. My eyebrows are normally very faint and hard to see on my skin tone. The lady offered to tint them for me. At first, I was nervous because I had never had that done before. I was afraid it wouldn’t look good. But I absolutely LOVED the end result. My eyebrows look great! I will be back again.
