Had my eye lashes done for the first time here and my left eye was hurting. I tried to give it time but had to come back to have them removed. The lady had on the same gloves and was touching everything! The drawers, screen, each person and then she came to remove my lashes with the same dirty gloves she had on.

Nice staff but they don’t wash/sanitize there hands before or after clients. I watched them personally and left after I witness there behavior. Please sanitize your hands you are touching people eyes, face, and mouth.

This is actually a new store and not SEVA. The woman who threaded my eyebrows had an ok finished product, but, I’ve never had threading so painful! I’ll continue my search for a better place.

Positive: ProfessionalismI got my eyebrow done and she did Tinting. It was amazing. Her name starts with T, I remember. She does great job. I have been going to her over a year. I am going to share my picture of my eyebrow how it looks. You can go there as well and show them this and she would recognize and do same for you. I love it

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have thick brows. I love my thick brows I just wanted them cleaned and shaped. The lady gave me a whole new eyebrow. The girl doing my lashes was obviously no experienced. She applied the lashes and as she told others she was done because she could not wax or thread my brows. They started yelling at her in another language. She comes back and puts glue under my lashes and my real lashes were now covered and caked up with glue. The other lady just came and slapped more lashes on top and sent me on my way. My eyes started to itch after two days and became extremely irritated. As I removed the lashes my own eyelashes were coming out with them. Some painful some not. I have about 10 hairs left on my eye lids and im extremely dissatisfied. Can’t get a manager on the phone.
