Rude and at best short with customers. Initially, I would continue to go because she would arch my eyebrows so neatly. However, the last few times I’ve gone she’s been so rushed that my brows weren’t done as well. Sad. I don’t know of anyone else that threads in town.

I had asked her to not make my eyebrows thin and as I was trying to explain what I wanted. She cut me off and did exactly what I didn’t want. She left bald spots on my eyebrows and extra thin.

I Went for lash extensions, when I first walked in I specified I wanted natural lashes. What I ended up getting is my left eye is very full and drag queen. My right eye however looks natural but very crooked. My eyes look like I went to two separate places. Immediately After she was done I went to get lash remover. I wouldn’t even give one star but I had to. You get what you pay for. These people need to be shut down.

Never will i go back. I went early in the morning for my first time and presented a $5 off First Visit coupon for Brow Shaping. It was in my email and when i showed it to the lady she made me aware that i had to have it printed so she can physically show it to her manager. Understandable. So a few hours go by and i come back with the printed coupon. Waited about 15 minutes due to there being guests in front of me. Once again, understandable. Now it’s my turn. I get in the chair and I’m explaining OVER AND OVER again as to how i want my eyebrows. She was rushing me so she can just get started and get it over with. Stupid of me to think she knew what she was doing. My eyebrows are super thick and when i left.. i left with a thin piece of eyebrow. I was livid and she knew it. She took off way too much hair in the front and left my eyebrows slanted. Then she tried to tweeze and trim but i refused to let her go any further. My eyebrows are tremendous and I would not recommend getting your eyebrows done here… EVER!

This is the worst place to get your eyebrows threaded. The owner is so rude and she does not care about you as a customer. She doesn’t smile and she always looks mad when she is helping you. I have been here several times and she does not like it when I point out hairs that she missed from my mustache or eyebrows. She gets so mad when you point it out. I am paying all this money but yet I still had hairs left that she missed. The last time I saw her we got into an argument and she said that I complain too much and I am picky , well if you are paying your money for a service then isn’t it my right to point out the hairs you didn’t remove. What is the point of getting threaded if I still have to go home and fix it. This owner needs to learn customer service and put her shoes in others. I bet if someone didn’t do something right for her then she would get upset too!!!

The lady was very rude and her work was sloppy. She did my eyebrows without any care or precision. It was rushed and kept asking for money before even finishing the job. She insisted that she was done before I could see what she had done. When I asked to finish doing my eyebrows and fix a few things. She pretended to finish it but didn’t do a good job. It was obvious I wasn’t happy and she was indifferent, ZERO customer service and no skills to do the job. When she asked me for the fourth time to pay, she asked if I wanted to include a tip. I told her that I was not going to tip her for a lousy job. I’m never going back there again!!

I went to this location about 3 weeks ago and the lady shaped my eyebrows great but was really rude. I said I try one more time got a different lady today. I sat down and said do not change the way my eyebrows are shaped and I don’t like them thin. She tells me I have spot with no hair from waxing which I knew so I said I now just leave it alone because if you try to go higher it’s gonna make it too thin. What does she do changes the shape totally and makes way thinner than I had before. What is so hard about staying in a line that is already made for you. My hair grows slow so it will be a good 6 months for the hair to got completely back so I can get it shaped like I like. Don’t go to this shop if your a person who wants your brows shaped a specific way cause they do what they want not what you want.

I’ve been there 4 times. The first 3 times I had no complaints. I had the same girl my first 3 times and she did a good job waxing my face and and threading my eyebrows. I ha e really thick facial hair. So she took her time taking every single hair out. The last time I went there I had a different girl and I was not pleased at all. It seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. One thing she burnt my face with the wax. She didn’t let the wax cool down before putting it on my face. And before threading or waxing your face you are supposed to put powder first and she didn’t even do that. When she thread the rest of the hair on my face, she said she tried getting all the hair out cuz my hairs were too small. At first I didn’t mind cuz I do sometimes have short hairs that are hard to thread out. After she finished I checked my face and it was super red under my eyes from the wax, because it was burnt. She missed a whole spot of hair that she didn’t even bother touching. And the small hair she said she couldn’t take out were not even that short. I was able to take it out easily with the tweezers when I got home. She threads way to lightly and slow. I was the only customer there. She was rushing everything. For what? I guess to go back to the back room and finish watching whatever she was watching. Because that was what she was doing when I got there. I will never let her touch my face again. I will only let the other girl thread and wax me. She is lucky the burn didn’t leave a scar on my face, because I wouldve for sure sued. If it wasn’t for the other girl, I probably would rate the place 1-2 stars instead of 3…..

This was the worst eyebrow experience ever. It took her two seconds to actually do them and they looked so bad afterwards. When I told her I didn’t like them she didn’t care at all. I asked for a shape and she made them a straight line.
