I love coming to this eyebrow place. It is sad the price has gone up too high. Heena is so sweet and always does a great job on my eyebrows. When I felt they was not to my liking she fixed them for me with no problem. I hate not to be able to come back because the price hike.

Terrible service. Everytime I go they do a rushed job for my eyebrows, they barely even try and my eyebrows come out bad, and there’s no point in asking them to fix it cause it’s often too late.

Critical: QualityI went in to get eyebrow tint and waxing. She tinted before waxing preferred the other way around. I asked for the lightest color they had. It was still almost black. Said I wanted the Brows tinted. I did not want a whole new shape of eyebrows. Did not fit my face. Very thick. Some spots it looked as though shoe polish had just tented my pores. Thank goodness for alcohol. I was able to get most of it removed, pluck the scraggly brows left, and was able to shape my brows back to its natural state. Only reason I gave it at 2 instead of A1 is because the people there were very kind. I went to get my eyelashes done for Valentine’s Day 2021. There was only one lady working. I have previously had my eyelashes done at another SEVA location. The lady who was doing my eyelashes was rushing a lot. It was a painful experience. There was a lot of glue residue left. She cleaned up a little bit around the area. As I was walking back to my car, I noticed there was so much glue on my bottom eyelash. I cleaned it up myself when I got home. The last time I had gotten my eyelashes done, they lasted for about 2 weeks. These ones came off the next day. I called the store and they asked me to come in and they’ll redo them. The lady who redid them was very gentle and was not rushing. She did a great job! I really appreciate them for fixing the lashes, but unfortunately I will not be retuning back to this location.

2nd time I came here, and today I got waxed but the lady was really harsh and it hurt more than it’s supposed to, she was patting my face with a lot of force, like roughly and didn’t do her job well, she was really rude and I don’t recommend coming here at all.

Critical: ProfessionalismOmgVery bad , she just cut it out my eyebrows and gladly I did tinted eyebrows but when I took shower next day and omg I can see what she did. Tears in my eyes and crying. Never never go back to this place again. Please people wake up and be careful ladies.
