I’ve been comming to see Pooja for over a year now. She always takes such good care of me. I get my eye brows threaded and she’s the best, she does very nice work at a very competitive price. She also helps keep my skin beautiful with the delux facial. It’s so relaxing and my skin looks and feels amazing after! Whatever you do DO NOT LET POOJA TOUCH YOUR EYELASHES she will rip them out and tell you she couldn’t tell the difference between your natural lashes and the extensions. Then show you that she “didn’t pull any natural lashes out” but there it was natural lashes on her cotton pad. “Manager” called per my concern and was told in other words I got what I paid for because they are a Walmart and not a high end salon . If I was told from the start this was out of her scope I would of been happily on my way.

Few minutes ago I went to this branch for eyebrow shaping. As always, I signed up and started waiting for my turn. And when one of the girl prapti or PrabtI finished, I was ready to get done. But Prabti told me it’s not my turn and the lady that signed up right next to me was there before me. I asked her “are you sure?” And her reply was “Yes” with a rude attitude. I know people go shopping after signing up so, if I haven’t seen the lady I would have assumed that was the case. But that wasn’t. The lady signed up right next to me. So, I left without waiting for another person getting done.

What a wonderful place with such friendly and professional staff. My first experience at this salon for Lash Extensions. Bindu was so sweet and explained every step and the length of extensions best for my small eyes. Am very pleased with the results and will continue to use their services. I don’t really appreciate the way that I’ve been three today on the place they let peoples go ahead of me while I was waiting there for a long time because the place was busy I can understand. I said it’s OK but then they let someone else got ahead of me and I get really pissed off I just give her a look and she was even even care about. Then I leave the glass place and I call trying to Splaine to then whatever I just happened to me and tell them what about bad customer service they hat and what did actually told me it’s dick don’t understand anything what I said and can I can I call back another day because they were busy hello I just want to let them know that I was really pissed
