It was a really bad experience. After I had my face threaded by them, my whole face got red, itchy, swelling. It was not my first time that I had my face threaded. It happened to me because they didn’t care about hygiene at all. The lady didn’t wash or cleansed her hands after she was done threading another client’s face and she immediately started working on my face.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHORRIBLE PLACE!!! i usually go get my lashes done with Henna, however, she told me she was busy and referred me to a new girl who she assured me was really good. this new girl did a horrible job, she put too much glue and left the lashes clumpy, when i saw the end result i was clearly disappointed and told her to remove them. first of all, she had a horrible attitude. second of all, they didn’t have any eyelash remover (they didn’t even tell me) so they used ALCOHOL all around my eyes which left them swollen and as she realized that she couldn’t take them off she literally CUT THEM OFF. She cut my real lashes and left me a mess. A waste of time and i was truly disappointed. I was referred here by a friend who’s brows are amazing. My first visit it I was not great in that I was not pleased with the outcome but was told I need to let my brows grow in more to get the shape I want. That time I got my lip threaded. Second time one month later I came and really loved the shape of my brows and got my lip waxed instead…thinking less pain and faster. That time I though either the wax was to hot or she went to high into my nostril, either way I got a small burn. I assumed it was a one off and thought maybe I’m too sensitive. Third time ( same lady) I go back get my brows threaded. I think the reason we love the threading place cause usually they appreciate a full brow and will not make it to thin. I asked for a more pronounced arch and it was “okay” but again lets wax the lip and the burn happened AGAIN UGH !!!!

The only place I go to for my eyebrows! They do such an amazing job with giving me the desired shape. They are all so wonderfully friendly and make me feel comfortable and like I am their top priority customer each time. My last visit Amar did my eyebrows for me, and even though she’s not the regular girl who does them for me she took her time to listen to what I wanted and delivered just that. To all the complaints about eyelashes – I personally don’t do my lashes here, but I go every two weeks and see lots of customers getting their eyelashes done and no one is complaining while I’m there! I’ve also gotten my upper lip threaded and underarm waxes which have also been nothing less than 5 stars.

They gave me really nice brows!! The ladies were really nice and gave such a warming aura. It probably took five minutes to thread my eyebrows and upper lip, so if you happen to be in a hurry this is the perfect place to be.

Do not go here for eyelash extensions!! The lady made it seem like she knew what she was talking about and she didn’t. Everything she said wasn’t going to happen did! Their eyelash application process is horrible! The glue was so strong and thick it took out the majority of my real eyelashes!! Whether they take them off or you do it at home, it hurts so bad because the glue they use is strong thick and strong!!

So this lady approached me in the mall to get my eye brows threaded and i said why not. BIG MISTAKE. One eye brow was thicker than the other and they were uneven. i told her that but she didn’t care. i was disappointed but i just let it go since i have bangs. whatever. ill pay and leave but then she had the nerve to say i had upper lip hair and needed waxing. i asked her for a mirror and saw small hairs and accepted. she waxed and i still saw the hairs there. it was a very sloppy wax job too. she didn’t even put the wax on the hair but places i had no hair. like what the hell? so the waxing was for nothing (and yes i did get charged for it) and i told her and she just kept saying it was gone. then i showed her by pointing them out and she said she will thread them out but enough was enough. I felt my skin super irritated and kept telling her but again, she didn’t care. Now i have tiny bumps because of the irritation.. Wish i never went there. this person should not be working there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Hope no one has to go through that.

Never Never EVER again. I won’t discredit the ability of all the lash techs because there is one lash technician there that does a decent job. However, the lady who I mentioned aboved (I don’t know her name) wasn’t there the particular day I went. I should have left right away but I needed my lashes done for an event. I usually get mink but I wanted to try the clusters because they are faster the whole process took about 10min. The lash technician that proceded to do my lashes didn’t even clean my lashes red flag #1. After, I noticed that I could actually see the lashes. They bothered me throughout the day they were so heavy on my eyes. I smelled the glue as well. The lady put so much glue that it was practically scratching the surface of my eye everytime I blinked. The following day I woke up my eyes were full of fluid. I took off the lashes with coconut oil as I always do. The amount of glue that was on one cluster of lashes was unbelievable. After taking off the lashes from one of eye my eye was left tender and sore
