Critical: QualityShe ripped the skin off my face leaving me a scar after I told her the area around the eye is sensitive. Anytime i advised her, she said she’s been doing this for 8 years. She gave herself a mandatory tip on my card. Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay for scar removal.

The workers are wonderful and have great customer service skills. But the owner Isabella is awful. She is very fake and just money hungry. Her customer service skills are horrible. The way she approaches her employees is very condescending. She very clearly thinks she is better than her employees. Due to this, it made the environment very uncomfortable. Which is the complete opposite of how a salon should make you feel. Overall, it was a disappointment.

They left my eyebrows extremely uneven. One was thinner and higher, the other was lower and thicker and shorter at the end. The person threading my brows didn’t notice anything wrong with them. I came here many times with no issue, but after that last experience I may rethink coming back here.
