Laser hair removal has changed my life for the better. The techs at SEV know what they are doing and are all super sweet people. My two complaints are that the pricing is a little high, when you consider how long it takes (a 4 minute session can be $130), and they are sooo strict about timing. You get a text asking where you are at 10:01am if your appointment is at 10am. And in some cases when I have been on time but there has been a line to check in at arrival, I’ve been told my appointment will be cut short because I wasn’t able to enter the treatment room until a couple minutes past my appointment time. I appreciate the need to keep the schedule accurate, but it’s a little much. I’ve also been told by some technicians that shifts are 10 hours and it is completely non-stop all day for them. The schedule is set so that they have exactly 8 minutes for an 8 minute appointment with no wiggle room. So, it seems like things are run a little bit more militantly and more like a factory than any salon I’ve ever been to before. It’s not a very relaxing or inviting experience because of this.

My RN called me back promptly and explained everything as she was going along making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had my second treatment today at SEV in Roseville and I can’t tell you how wonderful the staff is there. I have had a horrible week and was a hot mess trying to get myself to the appointment on time. They were so accommodating and moved my appointment to an opening that was about 30 minutes later than my original appointment. And of course while I was there I got a phone call I absolutely had to deal with and they swapped me again with another customer who came early to her appointment. Just incredible service and so needed after the week I’ve had.

They’re fantastic! I got a Groupon which made this so so affordable. Everyone is super professional. Actual treatment for Brazilian and underarms is probably 60 seconds, they’re so quick. It’s pretty much painless as they use super nice lasers that blow cold air on your skin. Wish I’d done it sooner, only on treatment 3 and I’m seeing amazing results.
