SEV Laser Los Gatos is great! I live in San Mateo County, but I travel down to Los Gatos because they offered a great Groupon price. I paid for 6 sessions for 2 different areas. I just had my 4th session and love the results so far! I have been going every 4-6 weeks and have noticed a huge decrease in hair growth. I plan on completing 10-12 sessions because I do have thick/ dark body hair. Also, you can get appointments easy, just do it in advance! The staff is always very nice and welcoming. And the technician is always kind, respectful, knowledgeable and precise. They always ask me the right questions for precautions and truly care about their clients. Great place 🙂

Absolutely terrible experience. Do not buy their groupon. They do not know what they are doing. After wasting so much time on them, I asked groupon to refund my purchase. I would give 0 stars if I can. Their staff comes up with different excuses and policies every time. Waited for 10 weeks to get to my first appointment and still couldn’t get the treatment done. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else as I did.
