I’m gonna keep it short and to the point. Love the prices. Yes laser hair removal is affordable but the customer service here is HORRIBLE. The girls that work there could care less about being polite. Phone Etiquette is also bad. The nurses that call for clearance are rude and dismissive. To me every one seems young and self absorbed. But what’s the point of having a chic business and good looking staff if service sucks?

They have implemented a tipping jar and now when you check out you have to go through the tipping screen. Instead of paying your employees a good wage you expect the customer to pick up your slack. My service takes five minutes, I pay $50 per session and expected to tip on top of that? Absolutely not. Pay your employees better! My hair removal has been minimal after four sessions. I got much better results with another provider after two session than four here. I’ll be finishing up the package I bought but I won’t be back after that. The staff is mostly friendly and the facility is clean. Sometimes you have to wait 20+ min for your appt and once I had no wait.

I have been getting laser hair removal treatments here for over a year now and usually my experience is good but this time the young lady at the front desk was less courteous than usual maybe because I chose not to get a bundle but I don’t need one as my treatments are almost completed. She didn’t offer to schedule my next appointment as they usually do and was not courteous at all.
