The first time the technician didn’t tell me not to shave for one to two weeks. The next one did. I have been a long time customer of SEV in Southern California and could not be more disappointed in the Fresno location. I have received laser hair removal treatments from SEV for two years and never had any issues. One the drive home from my treatment in Fresno, my legs began to burn so horribly I was almost in tears. When I got home I realized my technician lasered a sun spot I have had on my legs for years. Additionally, she had burned my legs. I have circular spots ALL over my calf. Two months later, after treating it with the proper care recommended by SEV, I still have distinct discoloration on my legs. Please avoid this business unless you want permanent damage to your body.
