Went in for my first session of laser hair removal, it was a super easy and quick process. Everyone in the office was very friendly and offered to answer any questions I had. This place is absolutely fantastic. I went with Christina for Brazilian and full legs and she took her time as we had a pleasant conversation. They are super clean and attentive and honestly my favorite out of all the locations I’ve ever been. HIGHLY recommend! Also getting laser has changed my life. I have been going to SEV for nearly a year and half now. Most of my hairs are thinner and almost gone. I have seen immediate improvements after just two sessions in initially. You do need patience and consistency in order to be completely hair-free. SEV always asks if you want to purchase a package. I do not like packages as not all the hair of my body grows the same and you cannot swap out areas if you purchase a package/packages. To me packages make no difference economically. I also do feel a difference of the nurses who administer my laser. Not all nurses are friendly and detail-oriented; I have some nurses that don’t ask about my progress or checking in with me. Personally I like the nurse, Morgan a lot. You can request to have the nurse you prefer.

I have been consistent with my laser appointments since September of 2021 – every 4-5 weeks. Last month was not so good of an experience compared to all other months. But my last appointment (8/9/22) was exceptional! Jules was super friendly and personable. The staff is also very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns you may have.

I have been coming to SEV for a little over 2 years and my experience is always simple and pain free! I loved always being able to be connected to a rep the moment that I call and I love the ambiance. I always started with facial hair removal and now I added underarms with my 2nd treatment, what a difference it has made. The customer service in this place once in the building was amazing. Laser removal did not quite work. I had 6 sessions and was just wanting to get rid of some facial hair. Most of the thick hair I had was just the chin and mustache area. I got a Groupon and it was discounted but had to add to complete the facial. In my opinion, it’s expensive. Also out of nowhere they increased their prices randomly. It wasn’t until I was paying that I got a $10increase for one of the small areas. If you’re doing your face they break it down by upper lip, chin, jaw line and side burns. Without the Groupon that’s an easy $200. Did 6 sessions and it seems I’m still where I started. A few peach fuss spots and some thick areas. Not sure it’s worth the pain and busy appointment service they got going on.
