Appointments are always on time, staff is friendly and the treatment results have been great, exactly as they told me it would be when I started the hair removal process. In addition, at SEV you pay for each section, which is way cheaper then what Laser Away offered me when I was looking for a place for this service, and allow you to continue the treatment somewhere else if you are not satisfied. Definitely recommend SEV to anyone looking for a laser hair removal treatment.

This is a transactional experience, it’s very automated and offers little customer experience. SEV canceled one of my appointments which set back my treatment and ends up costing me more money and time. Additionally, I went 6 treatments before realizing there was a huge spot that was being missed so now to get that removed will cost me a lot more time and money. The act of tipping is pushed on you as well, and I don’t know what I’m tipping for- you don’t know if spots were missed so you tip before you know results.
