The customer service is great and I saw immediate results after my first session. I love the cleanliness and decor. The service was very quick and easy! I was really worried about pain, however I did not feel any pain and honestly I am always more cold. The laser feels like a small pin or rubber band snap. Lastly, it is very affordable especially if you want more than one location. I compared prices in different locations (nyc, dc, atl, & philly) and different businesses. SEV was the best price! And they also have Groupon’s!

A beautiful and enjoyable experience from check in to check out! This was my first time doing laser hair removal and I was kinda nervous….but the office space is so welcoming and chic, and the front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. They answered all the questions I had before my treatment. When I got into the treatment room, it was *spotless* and decorated just as beautifully as the lobby. My girl was so nice and encouraging…she could tell I was nervous. She was very thorough and explained everything to me along the way. She checked on me throughout and the pain was no where near I expected! It’s just like little pinches-sometime barely noticeable. I had a lot of questions about the after care but she answered them all in detail and never rushed me through. I will be returning for sure!!
