I had the morpheus8 face treatment done at Setiba and I’m loving the results. Jordan was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the process. I was nervous about the pain of the facial treatment but Jordan did a great job preparing me before the appointment and on the day of. I have acne scars from my early 20’s and they are so much smoother after the treatment. Jordan is wonderful at what she does and truly cares about beauty, wellness and customer service. I highly recommend this place! Ask for Jordan!

I’ve done a round of about 6 laser hair removal treatments so far, so I’ve been coming to Setiba for a good amount of time and have been continually impressed. All the staff are so wonderful and do a great job. The results are great and the experience is one of the best I’ve had at a med spa. Would definitely recommend!

They robbed me; I was quoted 750 for 3 sessions of morpheus8, at checkout I learned it was actually 3300. Big big difference. I would never have done the first session if I knew the real price. They said they never would have said that price.

Amazing!!! Emilia is awesome and I will go back as soon as my 4 weeks have elapsed for For a second treatment . I can’t use the numbing cream because I have an allergic reaction so I never use it for any treatment that requires it therefore I had the treatment without it and Emilia did an awesome job ! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and took her time. The rest of the staff were lovely, very helpful, and pleasant- I received a call prior to my appointment to go over my medical history, I also got an email and a text as a reminder. Very professional, high end, and beautifully decorated office. I would go back any time. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is very relaxing and I feel at ease. The people here are really friendly and they provide services at great prices but more importantly, they care about their patients. This place is absolutely wonderful and the people are lovely. I went in for a tattoo removal and not only have my results so far been excellent but the customer service here is superb and the facility itself is clean and beautiful. On top of that, I accidentally left my ID there after one of my appointments and the women at the front desk promptly called me to let me know and then offered to mail it to my house so I would not have to drive all the way back to get it and I received it in the mail 2 days later. Just a wonderful example of going above and beyond to accommodate your customers and this is the kind of place I want to continue going to time and time again. I highly recommend Setiba Group for all your med spa needs and will continue to go there for all of mine!
