LaMisa is an angel! We sat and talked about my goals and the results that I wanted and she went to work. She even tackled the areas where I needed more work on that I didnt even address. When I say not only did I lose weight and had that beach body. I went from an Xl dress size to a medium, and I was not afraid to show my stomach anymore. Most importantly my husband couldn’t keep his hands off of me ☺️. I was so determined I only did it in 6 sessions. I hands down recommend her studio.
