Critical: ValueI’ve personally been to this shop twice. The first I got large/medium braids that were sorta long but the end of the braids were so uneven I had to curl and redip them. Then the second was yesterday, I went for some regular small knotless braids… i provided the color hair that I wanted due to them not having it & they did not offer $ off, so when I asked they claim it was my decision to do, which I feel like is just bad business but ok… My parts are medium with really small braids so it looks thin. I had to pay before the finish product, and the ends were once again uneven and NOT braided all the way down so Today I decided to finish braiding and redip. But im still unhappy with the service because I was charged $200 for rushed work. They should work with the customer more. I liked the way she did my hair, but for some reason she started to act funny to me in a bad way. Like as if I called for a appt to get my hair done she would act like she is to backed up to do my hair. So every date I gave on being able to do it. She would just keep making excuses for why she couldn’t do it. I had always gave them a tip and had used their services for a while. I just feel if someone has a problem with you or don’t want to do your hair anymore then they should be honest and say that. I don’t understand her attitude because I have always been very respectful and nice to her. So I’m more like surprised and still stuck trying to figure out why she feel the way she do. People should learn how to express if there is a issue or a problem. And be honest and straight forward. Other wise it’s being a fake person that can’t keep it real. And that’s not cool at all. Especially when u never did anything wrong to a person. So if your looking for a person who will be honest and straight forward with you this is not the place to go. And if you don’t want to deal with people just making up excuses just to not do your hair without any explaining… on why they feel that way. Then just don’t go here. She do not keep it real with customer. If she have attitude with u out the blue trust me you will not know why. Because she will not tell you. So if you want to be with a Braider that’s honest and straightforward go to another salon. Just like I said attitude is a part of good service it’s a major part, and you got a bad attitude period..if a stylist do my hair good it doesn’t matter when they had a bad attitude problem. This make you lose customers. I’m not going back and forth with you I’m done and stated my review.

I was charge extra to have the extension blended and it obviously was not. Don’t play in people hair if you don’t know how to produce the style they ask for. Horrible experience. That lady gave me 6 dookie braids in the front n no more than 10 jumbo individuals in the back and charged me 180 and her attitude sucked ! I came here one time and loved how she did my twist the second time was horrible and that’s when I decided to never come back. That lady gave me 6 dookie braids in the front n no more than 10 jumbo individuals in the back and charged me 180 and her attitude sucked ! I’m convinced she doesn’t know how to do braiding styles and by the comments I’ve seen mostly everyone is saying the same thing . I wanted to love my braids but I do not. They’re just ok. This was my second time visiting and the first time my braids were AMAZING! A lady named Florida hooked my braids up. This time I felt like my braids were rushed. I had a 5.5 hour time slot and was done in 3 hours. Don’t get me wrong, my braids look neat but my parts are too big for the braid size I have. I don’t feel like these are medium sections. There is no weight to the braid, it’s like it’s not enough hair in each braid and they don’t lay flat, they curl which means the weight is light. I’m not a fan of braids that are skinny on the ends. They are really nice ladies but maybe a size chart would help distinguish what the sizes and lengths will be. I went back this time based off of what I received the first time but this wasn’t even close.

I’ve had my hair braided here twice and have been really pleased. The braids look really good and they aren’t super tight. The price includes the hair and they get your hair done in a reasonable amount of time.

Where do I start???? I called and made an appointment 4 days prior, I got to the shop there was only one person there which she had to be straight out of high school. She started my hair and complained about how short the back of my hair. So she finished the back and they were smaller than what I asked for, she explained that they had to be a little smaller because of the length of my hair and the front will be the size I like. Once another braided arrived she asked me if I liked it but I couldn’t give her and answer because she wasn’t far enough to tell. Once I was closer to finishing I felt my hair wasn’t what I asked for. I looked in the mirror and I just wanted to cry but I just told both the branders there that I didn’t like it and I told her what I wanted before she was finished. The other braided told me to take $20 off the $160 and that’s I could come back and get it fixed within a week. I went back the followed week to see if someone would be there when I was coming to fix my hair and yet again the young girl was there. I asked her would someone other than her be there tomorrow so I can get my hair fixed, she gave me nothing but attitude and was very rude shoving a business card in my bad and nearly pushing me out of the sho with the door. After that I decided against going back because I didn’t want to become unruly. I spent a lot of money on my hair and I’m very disappointed with my hair and most of all how I was treated because it’s now a a week later and my hair looks like I had it in for about 4 weeks. I would NEVER step foot back into this establishment!!!!!

She doesn’t know how properly use Zelle to receive payments then held me hostage in her store when I made an attempt to go to an ATM to pay her with cash. I called the Upper Darby, PA police to be escorted to a local ATM just to pay her.
