Just had a pretty awful experience with a different salon. Going from long hair to short air wasn’t easy. Went to service and supply on short notice. Alex was able to get me in ASAP. He was not only skilled but very kind and professional as well. I will definitely be coming back. Amazing atmosphere awesome guys working in the shop seemed very friendly and on point highly recommended.

Service business should be compensated by no show clients. Clients should respect cancellation policies. But for this to work, a business must operate as a business, and that includes having a working phone. Things happen, and the business must make it possible for clients to get in touch if something comes up. The phone number listed for Service&Supply does not work. It’s the same number published on Apple Maps, their website, Google, et al. We tried calling to say we were stuck in traffic coming from my son’s school to our appointment, and to determine if it would be better to reschedule or arrive a bit late. But we couldn’t reach them as they have no phone despite listing a number. Once it was safe to pull over we tried sending an email and texting the automated Square confirmation text. No reply to either. Eventually they charged us for not showing. We explained the situation. They could have apologized for not having a phone and rescheduled and kept the two of us as clients. Instead they said our email and text came too late. Of course I have the record of having tried to call them earlier which we will share with the credit card company. This isn’t a good way to treat customers, even those who fully support the importance of respecting businesses and their policies. But for this to work, you need to pay your phone bill. You may not publish false contact information about your store. They need to do better.

Erik crushed it. With 45 minutes of meeting me I had one of the best cuts of my life. Hard to imagine trusting someone you’ve never met to cut your hair from shoulder-length to short after signing up for a day-of appointment, but the guy knocked it out of the park. Really glad he took the time and would recommend to anyone.
