This was my first visit to Serrano’s and any real barber shop. Curtis was my barber and did an amazing job. He took time asking me what I was looking for and gave me some recommendations along the way. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. I am more than happy with my cut. The owner Rome was a very welcoming guy as well and while I was there getting my cut we all had a great conversation. I was the last appointment for the day and someone came in wanting to get a cut but it was too late at that point as all their slots were full. The man wasn’t happy but I feel like I needed to say that Rome spoke to the guy with the utmost respect and explained the situation and gave him his card to book an appointment online (much like I had done). These guys are family men who have a life too. They can’t drop everything they have going on outside their work life to please everyone. If this man simply made an appointment he would have been really impressed with their service and I will say again that it was top notch and I will be a life long customer. Thanks guys!

If you want a sharp, fresh cut this is definitely the place to go. Hands down the best in the county. Great atmosphere with excellent barbers. They’re great with kids as well. They made sure that my son was comfortable and although he walked in shy he left with a smile and a sharp cut. If you haven’t been here you’re missing out.

My girl and I took our 15 month old here and we were nervous at first about taking him to a regular barber, but honestly it was a great experience.
