Cheryl is very personable, honest around expectations, cautious but will adjust depending on how you are reacting. Georgia and Dr. Kish are fabulous! My plastic surgeon sends patients to her when he feels they are not yet ready for surgery. He calls her the “rock star of botox”. The entire staff is extremely well trained and I never feel pushed or over treated. She always offers a follow up appointment to ensure that I am pleased with my results. I’m sure there are cheaper, less reputable places out there but I want to stay with the best. Thank you ladies!

I’m bummed to leave a poor review today because everyone at Seriously Skin is kind and professional, and they’ve done a great job on my Botox and dissolving my fillers… but the three times I’ve come here for my appointments, it’s been a 1 hour wait before I see the nurse. Today, I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before I finally stood up and told the ladies at the front desk I wanted my money back and to leave. I was supposed to start my laser hair treatments here and paid $1200 up front today. I’m always on time or early, to any appointment or service that I put in my schedule. I wish they could be on time for theirs. Hopefully they figure out how to schedule properly moving forward so their customers aren’t waiting for unreasonable amounts of time. Regretfully, I will be looking for a new med spa to do my services at.

I had visited seriously skin for the first time in May of 2022 for Botox for the forehead. I initially met with Georgia before Dr. Kish to go over the injection plan. I am 37 years old and I have visited several other clinics for Botox in the forehead for a couple of years now in the beachwood area. I have always had 24-27 units of Botox. Georgia recommended 40 units for me that day. That’s almost twice the dosage amount! That’s an overdose! I insisted that I get my usual 24-27 because that’s what I’ve been getting and I informed her of that. She then wanted the names of the clinics I have been to. Not sure why that would be any her business. She said that Dr.Kish usually doesn’t do half dosage but she will still do it for me that day. Makes no sense! If you’re going for Botox make sure they don’t talk you into overdosing your face.
