Awful experience. I called ahead of time to see if there was enough time to come by. I was insured that their hadn’t been anyone in waiting in line, just one person who had walked in. I said no problem and made my way down the street as I only live a couple blocks over. I walk inside and noticed there were 2 stylist working, both working with a client. No biggie, I introduced myself, and sat in the waiting area. About 10 mins go by, and another man walk in, and sits down with me and the other gentlemen waiting. After some more time has passed, the two stylist finish up there cuts. The young lady disappeared for several minutes and than when coming back out to the common area, she stood on her phone for a long while, while three of us sat not even five feet from her. She than eventually acknowledge us and asks whos next. I spoke up and said the gentleman at the end was first, before myself. The younger stylist came over and took the gentleman who arrived after me. I was very annoyed, mentioned how that was very rude, and had left. I knew I was being laughed at by the workers. I never mind waiting for a haircut especially when it wasn’t an appointment, however this was extremely unprofessional and I will no longer be suggesting this location. It doesn’t matter if someone for the first time walk in a building, or they have been a long costumer coming for years, respect is respect.
