Very affordable for the quality you receive! I made my appointment same day the woman over the phone was very helpful and sweet. So kind at check in, my therapist was amazing!!!!!! She really focused on all of my focus areas at the perfect pressure. Kept amazing communication throughout. I didn’t want it to end! Checking out was quick and easy. Such a friendly and lovely place. Very neat and clean and I really loved the attention to detail in the decorations. Very affordable for the quality you receive! I made my appointment same day the woman over the phone was very helpful and sweet. So kind at check in, my therapist was amazing!!!!!! Clean, great ambience, professional staff, great knowledge on techniques, good prices and always such a welcoming environment. I’ve gone to other massage parlors and have been extremely disappointed. This has been the place I’ve gone to for 9 years! Clean, great ambience, professional staff, great knowledge on techniques, good prices and always such a welcoming environment. I’ve gone to other massage parlors and have been extremely disappointed. I have had about 8 or so massages in total at this location and liked it enough I brought my mother back to treat her to a massage. I usually get a foot/body massage because I feel like I am able to get most of my tension spots addressed.The facility is clean and they do their best to keep it quiet and create a relaxing experience. I’ve had different therapist each time and they all were great in my opinion. If you want more/less pressure you just ask and they will adjust to your needs. I have tried the essential oils and hot stone add-on which was nice. They send you birthday deals and free upgrades every once in a while. I booked online at Serenity Zen for a Sunday morning. That process was simple and I chose specifically what services I wanted. I was greeted warmly at the front desk. Lisa did my massage and worked only on the areas I asked for. It was a MIRACLE in relief and worth every penny. The facility is a clean, peaceful setting designed to make the clients relax. I will go back on a regular basis. I consider it an investment in my wellness… like the dentist… and go at least once per quarter. I came with so much tension and knots in my back/shoulder and left without any. I was so sore for a few days but that’s when you know it was great! I bought my mom a foot/body massage with essential oils, steam mask, and hot stones included. She loved it! It was her first massage ever and she was nervous at first but she appreciated how friendly the staff was. The hot stones were a little too hot for her however she came back relaxed and the knots in her back were gone. Overall, she loved the massage services and is planning to go back soon!

The therapists have always been accommodating to my preferences and are very friendly. I always leave feeling amazing! My only issue is with the combination of foot and body massage done in the same area with other people near you. This is based on my most recent couple’s massage where we got the foot and body combo :1) I hear too much talking when people are arriving, although this is mainly customers not being respectful but even the whispers of people so close in the same area are distracting.2) I was walked in on while changing out of my clothes by a therapist since they assumed I was done and didn’t ask if I was ready.3) The curtain for privacy isn’t as private as a door and I don’t like changing if there’s an area in the curtains that aren’t closed together properly.I will likely stick to the body massages ONLY as that will guarantee a private room without the cons I mentionedI have come here 3 times and so far have had excellent quality massages.
