Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have always had great experiences at Serenity Wellness Studio but my massage last night was worth noting. I have chronic osteoarthritis in my knees but I have had issues with inflammation, stiffness and pain in my right knee during the past 3 weeks. I have taken all of the conventional RICE approaches but Stephanie suggested a massage and she focused on my knee area. Besides being relaxing, she was able to provide me relief that I wasn’t getting otherwise. She is knowledgeable, patient and spent more time with me than expected. I have always had great experiences at Serenity Wellness Studio but my massage last night was worth noting. I have chronic osteoarthritis in my knees but I have had issues with inflammation, stiffness and pain in my right knee during the past 3 weeks.
