If I could give this place zero stars I would..well to be fair, I only had a baaaad experience with one stylish Vicsay. She was the most unprofessional stylist I have ever encountered. I requested a full sew In with partial leave out (easy right?) I even had a picture for her to reference. To make a long story short, I discovered she not only used RED thread to sew, she left big, wide gaps, speed bumps throughout my hair, and the top was noticeable by the RED thread and uneven tracks she place on the top. I was mortified by the end result. I requested a refund and that’s when all he’ll came out of her. So rude and defensive. I just felt so defeated that this woman took $160 from me and didn’t even want to satisfy a new customer. I will never try a new stylist again. Do NOT GO TO VICSAY, SAVE YOURSELF!!!!
