Becky did an amazing job on my Ultimate Stress Relief massage. She told me I was her first one (as she had just started a few days prior). She was so kind and genuine. Always telling me what she was doing or using and it’s purpose. Made me feel super comfortable. My facial from Beanna/Brenna (I’m bad with names at times…my apologies…she said she was the youngest employee there)…she was very educational about my facial needs and helped me with some product recommendations per request. 🙂

My fiancé and I had an appointment for a couples massage today, and I was a little nervous since I had never had a massage before. We walked in and were promptly shown to a comfortable seating area to fill out a little paperwork. I simply cannot begin to say enough good things about Becky B. She told me she was new to the salon, but she definitely knew what she was doing. She was so kind and her voice and touch were so soothing. I had goose bumps and found myself drooling at one point because I was so relaxed! I knew I had to make sure I got her name so I could schedule another appointment in the future. She’s the best!

My appointment get pushed back because the client before me wanted to add a service. I was not informed until I get there so there is a unexpected 30-40 min waiting time. After I get my service I noticed not all of my hair was removed so I reached out the to spa via email asking for a solution. As for today I have not hear back from them and I will not go there again.

Critical: QualityI scheduled online for a shellac manicure. When I got there and saw the selection of polish, it is not the CND brand but knock offs for $35 dollars. The polish started to chip after 2 days. I expect for the price for my polish to last more then 2 days. When I called to cancel my upcoming appointment and asked if I wanted to reschedule I explained my polish did not last and was told good luck finding a place. It was so beautiful inside! This was the 1st time I have ever visited & it was my sisters 1st pedicure. There were 2 sweet younger girls that provided the pedicure services. Had a great convo and they made us feel very comfortable. Old school set up for pedicures, I loved it so much!
