ARRIVAL
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service, to allow time to enjoy the steam, sauna and whirlpools, and relax and prepare for your treatments. As a courtesy to other guests, all treatments will end at the scheduled time.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or time changes must be received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time or you will be charged 50% of the price of the appointments. All “No Shows” will be billed at 100% full treatment rate.
GRATUITUES
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added for each spa service you receive. Gratuities will be dispersed to the spa staff that served you during your visit. Additional gratuities may be provided at your discretion.
SPA ETIQUETTE

The customer service here is great. The setting is calm and serene. Walking in sets the scene with a hair and nails salon on one side and a gym on the other. You can exercise when you walk in then get spa treatment and before you leave, you can get your hair and nails done! All in one place.

I was schedule for a salt stone massage and an add on foot treatment which is what I was looking forward too. Think she did hot stone which is different and at the end I said do I go to another spot for the foot treatment and she said no you would do that here, but I didn’t see it down. So I do not have the time or the product. What do you mean you don’t have the time it was schedule. Oh well so much for relaxing. Not sure I will visit there again

My husband and I came for NADA and wanted a bit of time to relax from the convention before we left. We booked a couples massage and it was fabulous! Both of our massage therapists were so professional and I had one of the best massages I have ever had! We also had access to the sauna, hot tub and steam room. They also had showers with everything you need. (Shampoo, conditioner etc) We both felt so relaxed and enjoyed our time there.

Really disappointed by how I was treated by the front counter person Isabelle maybe Isabella. I was sitting and waiting on my massage for 24 minutes before she came to tell me that my Massage Therapist had called in and I would be refunded and could hang out. Since I had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes, I had to advocate to get some type of spa service as a substitute. It actually took her talking to the manager to have a better attitude about trying to work something out. This was not my first spa experience but it was definitely the worst I’ve had. I ended up getting a good pedicure and that’s why it’s 2 stars not 1.

Average service. Went in for my first ever massage and time at a spa and was not impressed. My partner cold have given me a better massage. I felt as if the masseuse didn’t want to touch me. Facility is decent. Lounge had old fruit laying out. Kind of bummed that they made me pay gratuity on top of the Groupon for service that was not good. I asked if I could change the gratuity amount and the lady said no. The customer service was mediocre they weren’t too friendly.

The ambiance is very nice here. They have a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. However, I had a fifty minute massage and the room was very cold made it difficult to enjoy the experience. I mentioned how cold the room was to the therapist and the front desk clerk. The response from the therapist was “I Know” and the summers are better. The response from the front desk clerk was they have a hard time regulating the temperatures in the room. Unacceptable when you are spending money for a comfortable experience.
