I thoroughly enjoyed an 80 minute massage with an addition of hot stones. The bed was heated, adjustable and wide enough for my comfort. My massuess was very good. She was personable and provided an amazing massage. The atmosphere upon entry was welcoming, relaxing and I highly recommend it.

There were so many things I liked about this spa. Spa sandals at the door, heated beds, reasonable prices for custom treatments, but I only gave 4 stars because there were several things that just took away from the experience. The couples massage room is adjacent to the nails and pedicure room, which means noise and conversation leak in. Additionally the beds are mechanical, which I liked at first, but they squeak and cause terrible noise that pulls you out of relaxation. The masseuses were kind and attentive, so these things weren’t their fault. But the ambience left just a bit to be desired.

Got a deep tissue massage here from Diana jackson and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and comfortable with using pressure wnd really working out my problem areas. She specializes in trigger points and did several great releases on me as well as massage. I have chronic pain and left there feeling better than I have in a long tome. The other staff was very courteous and the facility was nice as well. It was the most I’ve ever paid for a massage but Diana helped me feel so much better it was worth it.

We came on a trip from Pittsburgh and decided to treat ourselves to some massages and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. They incorporate hot towels which was amazing. All of the staff was super friendly and professional. If you’re visiting from out of town definitely get a massage or facial before you leave!

Highly recommend getting a massage from JESSICA! She’s so amazing and very sweet! The assistance from every employee there was great. I was very impressed by the quality b/c the pricing are so reasonable. If I lived in the area this is where I would go to get my massages all of the time.

Very relaxing. Love the spa shoes to keep regular shoes out and I absolutely love that the pedicure chairs are NOT jetted. I worry about sanitization of the jets no matter how well the bowls are sanitized, so I appreciate that they just use bowls filled with nice hot water!

Great experience at serenity spa! From start to finish the entire team was helpful, personable, kind, professional, and fun! I had an entire day of pampering, from brows to pedicure, and paraffin to scrubs, everything was so relaxing and enjoyable. Heather was amazing, she made the entire experience fun and truly special. The team was all amazing too, the receptionist is SO sweet and helpful, and she will make your experience well worth it from the moment you walk in. The spa manager is also wonderful- she is professional and helpful and you can tell she truly cares about her customers and staff. I can’t thank this team enough for my wonderful experience! Bless your hearts! (In the best way!)

Our kids booked us a massage here and my sweetheart booked us a massage somewhere else for Christmas. This was our favorite!!! We will definitely book another 80 minute massage here next time we are in town. It was super therapeutic and relaxing. The staff from beginning to end was friendly, accommodating, professional, and experienced in their trade. I wish we lived closer. We’d go back at least once a month, if not more. What a wonderful way to begin our trip. We will book again!!!
