Booked a large bridal party appointment months in advance, then confirmed the appointment a week in advance. We all showed up and they were closed and didn’t answer the phone. Our appointment time was during their regular posted businesses hours. Lucky for us, US Nails was able to host a large group at a moments notice.

But I’ve seen their work… They do amazing and beautiful things with the artificial nails, so I’m sure they will be just as good with my natural ones.

Critical: PunctualityCalled to make apt for a fill and pedi and they said they can do it for me so I go there and they sit me in a room in a pedi chair in the water and leave me there for 40 mins. No one ever came to say anything so I got up and walked out. Not good business .
