Critical: QualityFirst time I visited was amazing, but unfortunately my second visit wasn’t as pleasant! This time I decide to go with the 1HR body massage which seemed like a good idea. The lady massaging me spent 40 of the 60 minutes rubbing my back through a towel placed over my skin, which started to irritate my skin and started to feel like a rug burn. I had to stop her and remind her I paid for a full body massage and to massage the rest of my body. She then spent 15 minutes rushing through the massage barely using any oil and briefly using the heat rocks I went there for in the first place. To too it off…it was a 55 minute massage. First time I visited was amazing, but unfortunately my second visit wasn’t as pleasant! This time I decide to go with the 1HR body massage which seemed like a good idea. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI went there first time with my friend and had a good experience, so I went again alone. For some reason the front person was rude to me this time around and the masseuse smelled like cigarettes. The massage was not all that great. They changed the price on me and I had to leave my boyfriend there while I got more money from an atm. I went there first time with my friend and had a good experience, so I went again alone. For some reason the front person was rude to me this time around and the masseuse smelled like cigarettes. The massage was not all that great. They changed the price on me and I had to leave my boyfriend there while I got more money from an atm. Then masseuse actually chased me down to complain that I didn’t tip him enough.
