Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery bizarre experience here this last time. My regular massage therapist has been away or booked so I tried the new therapist they brought in. He didn’t seem to know how to properly cover me so that I would feel comfortable, and at one point I secured them myself and said I didn’t feel comfortable. Any time I had to readjust, it was really difficult to do without feeling exposed because he had no method to help me do so, which is something pretty much every experienced lmt should know how to do. It was also not a proper prenatal massage setup and it was very disappointing. He was nice but just seemed completely awkward in his attempts to make jokes and conversation, and the pillows I was offered did not have any pillow cases. Doesn’t seem like a very clean practice, and he also burped and was breathing into my face when doing the neck portion. Very bizarre experience here this last time. My regular massage therapist has been away or booked so I tried the new therapist they brought in. He didn’t seem to know how to properly cover me so that I would feel comfortable, and at one point I secured them myself and said I didn’t feel comfortable.
