Positive: Professionalism, QualityI have been going to Serenity Spa for several years. Coco is a master at the art. This massage is not for the faint of heart. She is a practitioner and knows the body and understands how to eliminate pain through massage. She has helped me tremendously with injuries and when my body is out of sync. I look forward to seeing her each week. Most massage places just don’t apply enough pressure and don’t understand what deep tissue massage actually is. I have been going to Serenity Spa for several years. Coco is a master at the art. This massage is not for the faint of heart. She is a practitioner and knows the body and understands how to eliminate pain through massage. She has helped me tremendously with injuries and when my body is out of sync. Critical: ProfessionalismWARNING to all the big beautiful women who may need a massage this place is NOT thick lady friendly!!! I went here to get a massage for my birthday. The WHOLE time this lady would not shut up and let me relax! Fat shaming me the whole time! Had the nerve to try to sell me weight loss vitamins. Added to my depression and anxiety! Very unprofessional and not recommended! Doesn’t deserve one star!
