made myself a spa day today. I was greeted in the early afternoon by Sabrina. She was very nice, walked me through the spa, showed me where everything was. After that I relaxed in the lounge till Brandi came and got me for an hour massage. She did a great job and couldn’t ask for more. She was attentive and professional. After that I went and got my pedicure with Feli. Now she was funny, and we had great conversation skills. After that I spent some time in the spa using the hot tub and saunas. I would highly recommend this place, and might do another spa day next year.

I have never been to a spa and was super excited for my visit. Gayla was at the front desk and was extremely nice and helpful. She gave me the full tour of the spa and made me feel at home. My massage was done by Chelsey. She was absolutely amazing. Very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Dezi did my facial, and it was a very relaxing experience. Mendia finished up my spa day with a mani/pedi and some great conversation. My expectations were blown out of the water with these wonderful ladies. Thank you so much for an incredible day!

DONT GET YOUR HAIR AND MAKE UP DONE HERE. I usually don’t ever post bad reviews. But hopefully I can save another bride on their special day. The make up artist was late by 45 minutes which made me miss my engagement shoot during golden hour. She didn’t make my make up look at all what I showed her during the trial. She made my eyebrows so big dark and thick. My eyebrows are already thick and dark. My contour was insane and she made me darker than I am. I am already a tan girl. On the wedding day the hair lady took sooo long on everyone when the hairstyles were pretty simple. So everyone ran late. I didn’t get to take my photos of getting ready with my bridesmaids. The make up lady didn’t follow directions for all my bridesmaids. I had her change my make up 5 times. And it was getting worse and worse. I only had 5 minutes before my first Touch to get it fixed by my sister. Of course this all made me emotional and cry.

Third time here and This is the only SPA to even think about spending a day at in PCB. Great spa with a big list of services. Also comes with the ability to use their sauna, steam room, whirlpool. Those services are separated between Male and Female so you can’t enjoy those services if you were to go as a couple. Personally the Steam room at the time was too hot to use for more 5 minutes at a time. And spa personal did indicate that facility services have looked into that as other customers shared similar feedback.

Initially, the facility seems very nice, but the experience was no-frills. I was brought into the men’s spa area by the host which spoke at me very very loudly, which I found amusing given the name of the Spa. As her voice echo’ed off the tiled walls of the spa I couldn’t help but wonder if she was ruining the peaceful experience of other spa visitors. There were no slippers, lotions, razors, or q-tips…amenities I believe should be provided given the price tag. The towels were old, different colors, and tattered around the edges. The beverages consisted of water, tea, and packets of nuts. I thought the pool was deeper than four feet but the large pool seemed suited more for children. My appointment needed to be cancelled because the therapist did not feel well, which is unfortunate, and I do hope she feels better. My co-worker who was able to get her massage said she would rate it 5 out of 10…she had comments but I’ll leave that for her to post. I ended up cancelling my appointment.

Place is so serene absolutely enjoyable. Little mixed signals and confused on the changing area and lounge whether it was for both males and females or what but besides that. My message by Garrett was great very relaxing. I was told twice use the amenities but the girl desk then said you didn’t buy the amenities package so confused. All in all though glad I got full body message

Had a 50 minute light to moderate massage. It felt really good. Loved the oils that she used. Was given a mimosa to start the spa experience and also used the whirlpool!
