I had a gift certificate to this place but they canceled and rescheduled my appointment twice. These cancelations happened after booking weeks in advance. I decided to just purchase some skincare items from their retail section instead of getting salon services. Very disappointed and will never go back!

Paid a good bit for 3 of my family to experience it on vacation. I should have read the reviews! Their reviews were pretty accurate saying the massage therapist is good but their esthetician is not professional! One of our daughters had a nose ring ripped out during a facial after warning the esthetician about it!

Tightness was removed from back for a short time but since my massage my neck and head have been locked. Very painful. Masseuse was great. Just disappointed with the final results.

We did a couples massage and the gentleman that conducted the massage on my wife did an outstanding job. The woman that did mine basically just put oil on my body and barely applied any pressure. I didn’t speak up and ask for more, so my fault as well, but VERY friendly staff and very clean. Will go again.
