We we’re welcomed into a calm and peaceful environment. The store displays are set up so lovely and accessible. Plenty of options to choose from. We did a 45 minute session in the salt cave and it was wonderful. No pictures we’re taken inside the cave due to phone’s not being allowed in. Peaceful music surrounded you as well as the warm ambiance of the salt lamps. A beautiful fireplace display all made of salt covered the end of the far wall. Salt covers the floor, wall and ceilings, accompanied by small twinkle lights up above. It truly is relaxing experience and also a great health benefit. I will be recommending this to everyone, thank you!

We had an appointment for two services at the Nolensville location. They called to let us know their equipment was malfunctioning and we could call the Spring Hill store and see if they could accommodate us. We called Spring Hill and explained the situation. They told us if we were there by 3 they could. I immediately told them we were near the Nolensville location so it would be around 3:15. The person on the phone stated that would be fine due to them already having a large bridal party there. We walked in the door at 3:18 and were told we had to pick one service or another due to not meeting the policy listed on their website of being there 15 minutes before an appointment. I explained we specifically asked that question before driving the extra 30 minutes to their location. They told us the policy is on the website and that is what they go by. I was very disappointed in the level of customer service. While I understand policies, when your staff gives guidance it should be honored.

This was my first time at this salt therapy spa, but not my first time experiencing one. From a moms stand point I’m pretty dang disappointed. The place was super nice, clean and really cool! But, it definitely doesn’t feel like a wellness place that’s “family” based. I’ve been to salt spas where there were toys for children to play with during the sessions and young children did not have to pay the same as adult prices. I had a 2 year old and two 7 month olds (twins) and we each had to pay full price. Well, $17.00 each for March’s special. So to be honest, regular salt therapy wellness visits won’t be a thing for my family unfortunately due to that reason. For some feedback, it would be nice to offer customers a child price (certain ages and bellow) or offer a family membership. Unless family wellness isn’t what y’all are shooting for then what y’all are doing makes sense.

It’s hard to give a true review…I’ve only had the ionic detox foot bath done. That was was satisfying for me. The massage chairs suck The staff on the other hand is very friendly. The facility is clean and smells nice. You can purchase all sizes of salt lamps in addition to stones, soap, lotions, and even honey. The offer packages and 2 types of membership.

My friend and I were first time visitors and went in not knowing what to expect. We did the foot detox first (which I highly recommend) then did the Salt Cave after. Really nice girls working and we both really enjoyed the experience. Very relaxing. Loved the zero gravity chairs. Only thing different that I would have done was not wearing the headphones. They were tight on my head. They did however cancel out outside noise (people talking) so, that was nice. We don’t live close enough to go as often as we would like but, if we did I would definitely consider going at least twice a month as a stress reliever.

I was a bit reluctant to go in by myself, because I had never been before and didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted kindly by Gale and she called me by name. She explained everything to me very well and made me feel at ease.

We really enjoyed the time we spent at the salt cave. My child of 11 has bad allergies and I believe it really helps. When we went, we were the only ones so that was nice and peaceful. We had a groupon, but next time we will go straight through their pricing because they told us they would honor groupon pricing.

Had an appointment for 11 a.m. today and was running 2 minutes behind, they informed me (after I called to let them know I was 2 minutes away) that I would have to come back and split my session. So I would have to come back at 12 to do one part and an hour later to do another. Definitely dissatisfied with how they handled everything.
