The building is very well maintained with modern, tasteful decor. The sauna and salt cave room are neat, hygienic and offer many thoughtful complimentary items, such as slippers, robes, blankets, water, towels, ect. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful, genuinely kind and accommodating. As someone who suffers from a slipped disc and anxiety… this place is absolutely perfect and a god send!

I booked a vampire facial that was out of stock since yesterday when I arrived. I told the hostess I was no longer interested in a facial TWICE. She was adamant that I was expected to choose a facial because they had an independent contractor come in for the appointment. If it was so imperative they should have mentioned that YESTERDAY when the appointments were confirmed over the phone. I also had a foot detox done which was supposed to include a paraffin wax.. NO PARAFFIN was used nor was it mentioned. I then proceeded to the sauna which was fine. No complaints. Very clean. However as soon as I exited the sauna room there were 3-4 employees standing there at the desk looking at me and the hostess proceeded to continue with making me choose a facial. I felt pressured after trying to have a day free of stress. I explained to their team as all 3 pairs of eyes looked at me in disapproval. Then one person proceeded to ask me who I spoke to as if this would change the out come. I again for the 4th time said I do not want a facial and as a client I don’t have to do a facial if the one I chose was out of stock. I was very patient and expressed my desires clearly. This spa missed the Mark for me.. cool detox spa. Hopefully they learn to listen to clients the FIRST time. Not the fourth.. also I asked for a paper receipt and they gave me some one else’s information. Epic fail.

Celebrated our anniversary with a full detox for two (salt cave, foot detox, sauna, added hand paraffin). The facility was beautiful and peaceful, customer service was gracious. Shout out to Celeste who gave us a pampering foot detox and took time to analyze and explain our results! We were pleasantly surprised that not only can we sit and relax in the salt cave, which was beautiful and cool but not cold even in t shirts and bare feet, we were welcome to walk around or even bury ourselves in the coarse Himalayan salt covering the floor. Lots of thoughtful amenities like slippers, bottled water, hot towels with essential oils to wipe up after the sauna. Sauna changing area included robes, towels, or sweat-promoting robes to choose from. We also got to choose a sauna program, we went with pain relief, other options included detox, relaxation, etc. The whole experience felt peaceful, relaxing, like an escape from regular life! We are looking forward to coming back and sending family members as a perfect gift.

I’ve been a client of Arylnn’s for about 3.5 years now, and have come with her from her previous location. She is a fantastic massage therapist, and all around wonderful person to work with. She is attentive and very talented in her work. Sessions are personalized to your needs, and after a few visits she gets to know you and your needs as a client. The atmosphere at Serenity Salt cave is calm, and quiet making it ideal for whatever treatment desired. I highly recommend you book with any of the talented staff.

I will start off by saying the staff was very friendly. I guess I shouldn’t compare one salt cave/wellness center to another and that is my fault. I am used to the way Aura salt cave and wellness center is set up and expected to be able to have teas to choose from to drink while I was there, use essential oils during my sauna, and have wet towels to wipe down and dry myself after the sauna. The place could also use a little updating, the room felt old and the carpet very worn. I appreciated the experience for what it was and again the woman working at the front desk was extremely friendly. If I did not have a gift card that I received over the holidays I probably would not return.

The salt cave was an amazing experience , very calming and soothing music , I love how the cave also emits salt dust in the air for you to breathe which has some medicinal properties as well. Great place that offers many services. Would highly recommend both arlynn (she/her) or robin(they/them) for massages. Or if your looking for a sauna session, facial, foot detox, or even just a relaxing session in their salt cave then this is the place for you. Along with all these services they also offer a full line of products for facials massages as well as salt lamps for your home.

I use to be a regular there pre-pandemic but this was my first visit since a new owner took over and WOW! There is a new vibrancy to the space with business there clearly booming. At the same time, she’s maintained the serenity. It’s such a good feeling, rejuvenating place. Loved my salt cave session and can’t wait to return to try her many other services. Give it a try and you won’t regret it.

The salt cave is a relaxing 45 minutes with helpful benefits. Groupon was honored. The facility is clean. The young lady welcoming us was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding all the services provided. I can’t wait to try the inferred sauna.
