Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismIt pains me so much to leave a bad review, but my experience was very terrible here. Back in December of 2020, as I was Christmas shopping, I purchased a One Hour $140 couple’s massage gift card for my boyfriend. It was one of my favorite gifts that I couldn’t wait for him to open. We unfortunately contracted Covid and started out 2021 sick, so I waited a couple weeks to schedule anything. Come end of January, I give them a call and am not able to get in until April 3. Ok, I get it. Things with the Pandemic are a little slower so I can be patient.Come April 2nd, I get a call from the salon that they had some staff quit on them so they cannot do our massage. To reschedule, we’d have to wait ANOTHER month. After having been sick, off work, going through some stressful things, we were very much looking forward to our massage. We planned a whole day around it, and it was going to be a special date day, something we hadn’t done together yet. This derailed all of that. They pretty much begged me not to get a refund and were pretty rude about it.Anyway, we wait a couple of weeks (was out of town, working, etc) and we show up to the salon get the refund and they say they can’t help me. The manager is the only one who can do it and she’s on vacation. Ok. A week and a half later I get a call from the manager about the refund. She is super rude and short with me and said to go in any time and whoever is there can help me.So now today, I am going in for my refund, and it is May 20. I purchased this gift card back in December. The lack of apologies and lack of empathy, lack of willingness to help us is extremely disappointing. I feel like we were probably saved from a mediocre experience anyway, considering all the attitudes and negative vibes I received from the employees.We have yet to get a couple’s massage. So thank you for ruining this experience for us. I am looking for a different salon who will hopefully love the fact that we desire their services and will give us an experience we will remember for years to come.It pains me so much to leave a bad review, but my experience was very terrible here. It pains me so much to leave a bad review, but my experience was very terrible here. Back in December of 2020, as I was Christmas shopping, I purchased a One Hour $140 couple’s massage gift card for my boyfriend. It was one of my favorite gifts that I couldn’t wait for him to open. My husband tried to do something sweet and get me a gift card to this place, but unfortunately we can not financially afford this luxury, I went in to speak with them as I had seen the purchase on my credit card, but had not received the gift yet from my husband, I explained this to the First Lady that I encountered there and she said they can refund the purchase, I just needed to bring in the card. So I went in a few days later, and a rude woman told me they don’t do refunds ever. And I said well that’s wrong cause the girl I spoke to said you do. She then said she would have the manager call me, which didn’t happen, so I went in again, and got to speak to the manger directly, and she said the owner would have to ok the refund, but she wasn’t there, and could not get ahold of her by phone, so she said she would have her call me, it’s been over a week now, and no call, so I called, and got that same really rude lady as before, she kept cutting me of while speaking, then suggested I sell it on Facebook, and then when I asked for the owners name she refused to give it to me. She was extremely rude and nasty!! I would not recommend this place to anyone they are shady and scammers! Don’t waste your money!!Very unprofessional! Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’m a pretty easy to please person I don’t usually leave reviews but I definitely think my experience should be put out there so nobody else has to go through this because that was a lot of money so I a spa package package for my birthday. Massage was ok. The girl accidentally burt me with hot stones then while in the waiting area to go on to the mani pedi she came and asked if i picked up a ring in there. No never saw it. Was told i would have 15 to 20 wait in there so waited over an hour was ready to leave. Then got to mani pedi. Lady was nice, pedi was good like a 6 out of 10 as far as the manicure I’m pretty sure my twelve-year-old could have painted my nails better and I would definitely not call that a manicure. The manager or owner got word of how long I had to wait and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience she just wanted to know how long I waited definitely not a pleasant experience will not recommend it two people I know just because I think that was very unprofessional. Positive: QualityCassie did my lip injections (photo is 4 weeks post procedure,) and I am just absolutely thrilled with how they are doing and how they look! She is excellent!

She was very kind and informative on what she was going to do and allowed me to request any focus areas I wanted her to work on.I never felt uncomfortable during my session and the environment was extremely relaxing.
