I had an amazing experience with Nicole. I was hesitant to get my haircut or go into a salon because of covid. I expressed my concern and Nicole wore a mask and even asked an employee to back up to 6 ft to ask her a question because she wasn’t wearing a mask. It was a wonderful and calming experience. My haircut and eyebrows look fantastic as well!!! Great and high quality service all the way around. I will be back to Serenity Salon & Spa.
