I went to Serenity Salon after reading all of the good reviews & was so optimist to find a great salon next to me. I debated about writing this review for 2 weeks but my experience was terrible. The stylist that I saw was in such a hurry. She completed my wash, cut & dry in less than 30 minutes. I subsequently got my hair pulled & hit in the ear/ head with the roller brush several times. She never slowed down or apologized. My hair cut is awful as well. I have been wearing it pulled back for two weeks to hide the 2 inch disparity in my layers & there is no blending. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow out to get it fixed. I have gotten better cuts at super cut for less than $40.

An awesome salon to visit! Services are amazing and the owner is great! The owner has been in the industry for well over 15 years and her services show it! She loves to spread love to new upcoming stylist and encourage them for greatness! I would most definitely recommend this salon to anyone wanting great services and professionalism!
