Damian (owner) is such a sweet, sincere man, and a absolute pleasure to work with planning my surprise anniversary spa day for my husband. He understood and came up with the perfect package of services I wanted us to have. Made sure to block enough time for everything so we aren’t rushed and can truly enjoy the whole experience. Also, I added champagne, fruit, and balloons to make the day more special.Damian took care of everything and kept in communication to inform everything was good and ready for a beautiful experience. IT SURE WAS!!!The couples massage room was set up nicely with an inviting relaxing experience and balloons with a cute heart decoration on the door. Although we arrived late (totally our fault), Lino my massage therapist and Petra my husband’s massage therapist helped me to relax and assured we will still get our entire time. They creatively worked it all out on saving time but no by any means skimping on our treatments. We had the full body massage with basalt hot stones along with exfoliating foot scrub. First for both of us. It was so relaxing. Lino found knots and tightness in places I didn’t know I had. I felt so much better when he was done. Sitting a lot each day has taken a toll on my body. Petra did such a great job on my husband he fell asleep. They appropriately checked in (not too much or too little) to ensure the pressure was the right amount and the stones wasn’t too hot. Much appreciated!Next Petra did our facials. It’s not easy doing two people at the same time which wasn’t the original plan but she worked it out seamlessly. Again not shortening anything. It worked out better because we were able to leave on treatments longer on the areas needed. I appreciate her explaining every step prior to working on myself and husband. I very much enjoyed relaxing and chatting with her during the process while my husband continued sleeping. Lol! She was such a delight and sincerely takes pride in her work to ensure she does what’s best for our skin. Also, very knowledgeable and I learned several new tips when doing our at home facial.Lastly, we moved to the Breathe Lounge which was beautifully set up with a selection of teas, champagne, and a fruit tray. Damian stopped in to introduce himself between his massage sessions to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Also, encouraged us to stay as long as we like as the lounge was prepared just for us. He checked in periodically to ensure we were comfortable and refilled our fruit tray. The fruit (pineapple, tangerine) was very sweet and delicious. We haven’t gone anywhere or done anything since COVID. Options was very limited as we didn’t feel comfortable venturing out as we usually do. This was perfect for our special day.I highly recommend Serenity Rose to anyone looking for a professional, relaxing, spa experience for yourself or any special occasion. So worth it! They are phenomenal! Looking forward to going back. We felt totally safe as they practice COVID procedures including temperature testing and hand washing upon entry. Everything was clean.
