Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWorst hair experience of my life!!! She is very unprofessional, she fit me in , told me come at 5:00 I came at 5:00 didn’t get in the chair until 6:00 and didn’t leave the shop until 9:30 and all I got was a wig installment which shouldn’t take that long … she was braiding my hair down and doing someone else’s at the same time .she went out to smoke, used her phone, played ghetto music etc. just unprofessional… hair looked nice when I left I woke up at 8AM not even 12 hours & my hair looked terrible!!!!!!! My ear was glued to the wig , noticed my knots weren’t bleached, my whole hairline was full of glue , my hair was still showing it was just terrible, she blamed it on MY SCARFT slipping off , which it never did. She went on Facebook , after we had a few words in text ! Upset she didn’t get a payment…. she destroyed my frontal wig that I paid $250 for , the wig is literally trash. Worst hair experience of my life!!! I have had a great experience with Chaba doing my hair. Although typically, for a service that normally should take 2-3 hours, im in the shop for 6 plus hours, which is sometimes ok because the results are good. Recently i went to her for a re install, color, and wash which she charged 225 dollars. My appt was at 11am, i did not leave the salon until 10 pm that night, not too mention she left me at the salon twice. The second time she had her daughter rinse me out and braid me down while she went back to the store. The color came out nice but the texture in the hair was lost and the hair looked thinner and shorter. Mind you i own my own hair company and my bundles are top quality. I was told by Chaba, after she put a whole bunch of moose, water and serum in my hair that if i braid it down the hair will be beautiful the next day. So the next day (saturday) came and i unbraided the hair, everyone around me, my self included could clearly tell that the hair had been over processed. I immediately reached out to Chaba via phone call and text message letting her know, no response and no answer was provided by her, but she was active on social media posting statuses and pictures. I then reached out to her on sunday, she rejected my calls as well as still refused to respond to my text messages, but yet still active on social media. Monday came and i called her again which she of course rejected my call and refused to respond to my text messages. I then called her from a different number which she did not answer but immediately text the number. Once i told her it was me and i had been trying to reach out to her, she didnt respond. Here it is tuesday, and still no resolution has been made. All i wanted for her to do was reinstall more hair that i had ordered. As a business “professional” she has not handled the situation professional at all. In the short amount of time she had been doing my hair, i had been a faithful good paying client, going to her on a weekly bases for a touch up and each time in the shop for hours, because she either has to run to the store or pick up her daughters or go outside to smoke. I am very disgusted and appalled. So i definitely do no recommend her services at all, because if she messes you up, she will definitely duck and dodge you and refuse to fix the issue.

Very unprofessional..charged 300 for a lace front..used old hair not what I purchased…left the shop multiple times…got her hair done as well as her daughters hair while I waited. Overpriced and not worth it. Hairstyle lasted 2 weeks.
