I got a facial lisa was great. Was very relaxing nice music and wonderful smells. My skin felt wonderful. I went to my dentist a few days later. I had just quit smoking and told my dentist. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityTo celebrate the birthday of my best friend of over a half century, I contacted Serenity on the Square to set up a spa day. My wish was that it would be an elegant day of pampering including a facial and massage, but I wanted more. Lisa, the owner, and I communicated over several days planning treatments with a break in between to enjoy some snacks and talk time. Never having been there, I was a bit anxious about the plan. When we arrived, we were graciously greeted at the door and escorted to very relaxing treatment rooms. Before my massage, Robert interviewed me briefly to ensure he understood my needs. My friend went in for her facial. The spa, which is right off the square, is tastefully appointed and thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of relaxation. The massage was amazing! The use of aromatherapy and ambient music combined with Robert’s healing technique made it hard to stay awake. When our break came, we were escorted to a table set, not only beautifully with exactly what I’d described to Lisa, but even better! She surprised us with champagne and my friend’s favorite cheesecake. It was time for my facial while my friend enjoyed her massage. Lisa is an experienced esthetician who also has a gentle, soothing touch. I asked for her suggestions for a plan to improve my skin and will be coming back on a monthly basis. My friend will be coming back for massage from Robert too! When I got home, my husband commented my skin was glowing!
