I had a great experience at serenity now massage. They were able to get me in during the weekend as I was having some pain due to sciatica. I was able to get a prenatal massage with Jasmine that was so relaxing and really helped to ease the pain I was having. The massage room is very comfortable and warm, you can hear a little bit from the lobby / hallway but they do a good job at keeping those noises to a minimum. I would definitely go back next time I’m in the Ocean City area.

My husband and I frequent Serenity and almost alway have a great experience. Today, my husband called to see if there was availability for the two of us…. “Yes, we can accomidate you both at 3:00pm.” We arrive at 2:50 and sat in the waiting room, waiting. My husband totally dozed off. We were called back at 3:08 and massage started at 3:10. When finished, the therapists said goodbye and left the couples room, where we had our massage. My husband and I both said, “wow that was fast”. I looked at the clock and its only 3:50…. A 50 minute massage is short enough but to cut it down to 40 minutes and be fully charged is a rip off. I also complained at the front desk and told the owner ” I felt cheated” but my comments were totally ignored. We have been regulars for years and feel taken advantage of.. We actually still left a tip which I regret . Very disappointed!

I hadn’t had a massage in over 10 years and this was an excellent way to return. Tracey was amazing and didn’t force small talk. The table was warm but I was offered an additional blanket. The cold stone facial massage add on was one of the best things I’ve ever experienced, but I think I’d skip the peppermint scalp massage next time, especially if I can’t go home and wash my hair right away. All in all a fantastic, affordable experience and I got in same-day. I’ll definitely be going back.

I trusted the esthetician because I THOUGHT she was the expert, she continued the facial and my face began burning as if she slathered acid all over it. She quickly started panicking wiped it off and ran out of the room to talk to person who I presume is the manager but looked like a dive bar owner. She tells me my face is fine even though it looks like I’ve been laying in the sun for six hours and it’s swollen terribly. To attempt to not make a scene I said it’s fine I’ll just pay for my services and leave.
