Avoid this place at all cost , they are over charging ! And they don’t properly sanitize their materials! I got a pedicure and watched one of the workers use the same exact foot scrubber on multiple people without cleaning or disinfecting it at all ! Their prices are ridiculous and their work is terrible . I believe the owner did my nails and charged me to pop of 4 nails that was left on she did it in like 20 seconds and it was very painful , I’m never coming back here so disappointed. They are very rude

Giving this a one only because I have to, honestly THE worst pedicures I’ve ever had. I had to explain and reexplain a million times how I wanted my toenails to look and they still came out way too short and crooked!! And not just one nail, every one of my toenails were crooked!! The paint job was terrible, top coat wasn’t even completely on my nails. The person put lotion on immediately after the scrub and then washed it all off…what was the point of putting the lotion on then!? Paid to get my calluses removed and was insisted that I didn’t need it (even tho my feet definitely did) and still got charged for that service I wasn’t provided. Going to have to redo them all myself at home, wasn’t even worth 5 dollars (especially since I watched the lady put so much polish thinner in the bottle that that was all she was painting with at that point) never come here!!!

Being new in this town and not knowing a lot people yet, I had to trust the reviews I found on Google. I found serenity nails and I went in asking if I had to make an appointment and I was told that it was recommended. But when I said I was new in town Rose, the owner of the spa, asked me if I didn’t mind waiting they would take me in… I was greatful and I got a great basic pedicure and a fill… I was happy with the service and friendliness of the syablishment. I have 2 years living in Maricopa now I have always went to Serenity but now that they opened up after the Quarantins been over they are over charging. They tell you one price and Rose the owner changes the price at the time of pay.. As you can see I have provided pictures were i had gel polish all over my finger and the tech failed to pull my skin away when filling and cut me, also failed to tell me she would charge for my regular length.. and wen I got a 30 dollar pedicure on the same visit, my right foot had some nail polish and I was charged for that. Rose charged me as gel polish remover. My regular length nails and pedi witch was just a regular nail polish on my feet and regular gel length nails became an 88 dollar bill.. Very unsatisfying I am in shock I was told extra costs after it was done on me.. This had not happened to me befor never have I ever been charged 88 for a pedi and regular length nails.. Am in shock..

They did a good job but took foooorrreeever two hours for a fill. I called a head of time for rose gold they said they had it got there and they only had chrome and they painted my nails pink then stuck the chrome on top. They also fought me on my nail designs saying they were not going to look right
