Critical: ProfessionalismWorst service! My mom went to this place to get her nails and pedicure. She did her nails and had a super rude attitude, told her to come back for the pedicure because she was very busy. My mom had the decency to agree to come back a different day but had to cancel the appointment because she had an emergency that day. She went back again and this time the woman went overboard with her rudeness! While she was treating her other costumers like royalty, she made my mom feel like her money had no value there! She said in a very unfriendly way, I don’t know! I don’t have time right now and I don’t know when I’ll be available to do them for you! Call me other time and we’ll see! Worst service! My mom went to this place to get her nails and pedicure. She did her nails and had a super rude attitude, told her to come back for the pedicure because she was very busy. My mom had the decency to agree to come back a different day but had to cancel the appointment because she had an emergency that day. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI don’t typically write reviews but felt obligated to after my experience on Sunday. I realize all other nail salons in Edwards are closed on Sunday’s, but I called to make an appt and they told me 4pm. They started my appt 20min late in addition to multiple other clients. The icy blue shellac I picked went on like a robin egg blue. I realize all other nail salons in Edwards are closed on Sunday’s, but I called to make an appt and they told me 4pm. They started my appt 20min late in addition to multiple other clients.
