The wife and I go for pedicures about once a month. The service is exceptional, and an hour in the massage chair is worth more than what you pay for the pedicure. Of all the nail salons we have been to, Serenity stands out as a star, I highly recommend a visit. I was looking at their website and found out that they do massage as well. I’ll update after our next visit on the quality of their massage.

I have been coming here for several years now and have been always been happy with the quality of work and customer service. I was there today with my Mom who got a mani/pedi and I got a pedi. We are both highly satisfied our pedi’s, but the owner who did my Mom’s French manicure did not do a good job. As shown in the photo, the lines were not straight, the edges were messy, and she had polish all over her finger tips that was not removed. My Mom pointed out the mistakes several times, and after 3 times of attempting to have the same nail fixed, we walked out. The worst part is that the owner who was helping us was very rude, and didn’t do much to try and remedy the mistake. She let us leave having paid, and knowing we were extremely unhappy. After many years of coming here, I will not be back. Will find another go-to place where the customer service is better, because the rudeness is unacceptable considering what we paid.

This Salon is so soothing and relaxing. The owners care about the quality of their work as well as the product they use! The nail techs are positive and kind as well as talented. The equipment is well maintained, everything well cleaned and sterilized. Social distancing and mask wearing was all god when I went last week. I would not go anywhere else to get my “spoil me” time in. Prices are very reasonable too. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

This is my favorite place to go get my nails done. The ladies there are always so sweet and welcoming. The other customers who come in are also really friendly. Everytime I go, the ladies are all in engaged in a conversation with the customers and everyone is having a good and relaxing time. I’ve recommended this place to friends and family. The pricing is a little higher than some, but I will gladly pay a little more for the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the place, and for a great service.

I’ve gone back and forth about posting a review. When I first started going there over a year ago I was very pleased with the service. I often went on weekends and Cookie did amazing facials. However over the last six months, the service and quality has declined. Even with making an appointment, I never made it out of there in less than 90 minutes, which is far too long for something like a shellac manicure or dipping powder. Often, while I was being attended to, my nail technician was helping someone else as well. When I would request the serenity manicure as part of my service, each experience was completely different. Many times I got a shellac manicure and in less than a week it was already chipping. I always feel rushed when I go in there, yet it takes so long. Once I was near tears because I sat for over 40 minutes with foil on my fingers because the technician started and then went to attend to someone else – that should have been no more than 15 minutes to let the polish remover do it’s work. Never once was I offered a discount or anything more than a rushed apology. When I found out Cookie was leaving, I struggled with the decision to keep going there or not. And my last two visits have confirmed for me this place has gone downhill. I know it may sound silly to be all worked up about a nail salon but this is the one treat I give to myself and I feel I have been patient in hopes it would get better here. The positive reviews were what drew me here but now i know it is not reflective of what really goes on. It is not worth the money I’ve paid over the last six months and I am taking my business elsewhere.

Best place I have ever gotten my nails done ever! Serenity has a beautiful, clean, and quiet atmosphere. Their technicians are very professional and everyone I have gone to has done great work in shaping up nails and trimming cuticles. The gel they use is high quality for an average/great price that lasts. I have had no issues with chipping or pealing and the manicure last as long as I want it to. Serenity nails is the place to go in Katy for sure.

The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. I got a full set of acrylics in about an hour for $35, which isn’t a bad price. I came in and wasn’t totally satisfied with the result so they booked me for the following day to fix it and were so friendly about it. They did a perfect job and I am very happy with my nails now!!
