I’ve been coming to this nail salon consistently for 2 years and prior to that I would drive to it from Bemidji to get my nails done for vacations. It’s always a great experience. My nails are almost always perfect and the employees are always friendly. Today I got my nails done for vacation and the tech that did them executed what I wanted perfectly. I am in love!! They are better than I imagine. THIS is why I continue to drive 20 minutes, past numerous other nail salons to come here every 3-4 weeks. They are not the cheapest place but I know that I will always be coming to a clean salon and get quality results.

I went here for the first time on Valentine’s Day. Honestly, this is the best manicure I’ve ever gotten. I’m a perfectionist and normally there’s one or two small things that I notice but I’m fine with, but this was honestly perfect and I couldn’t find a single flaw. I got extensions with color number 17 (or 14 I can’t remember which) and round cut. Hellen was my manicurist and she did an awesome job.

Love, love, love this place! They will make sure you get what you want and fix anything you don’t like even if you asked for it. They have do e my nails and my almost 3 year Olds nails and toes…she loves them. They are always so kind and remember who you are and colors so quickly. First time and last time. My pedicure lasted less than 30 mins! Polish removal, new paint, “massage “ , callus removal, nail clipping/shaping.. They offer multiple pedicures yet they assumed I wanted/afford to cheapest one. LITTLE DID THEY KNOW, I WAS THERE TO GET A SPA EXPERIENCE. I really hate that nail shops use the language barrier as an excuse to do bare minimum while I watch others receive what looks like top notch service. Guess I didn’t fit the profile to get proper service. Happy birthday to me! Thanks for the experience

The salon is nice. And my nails look good. Really big so usually easy to get in. But also they rush you thru. It’s not as relaxing as other salons I’ve been too. I don’t like that they use the “sander” to remove old polish. My technician was polite but my friend’s was short and didn’t listen to her. A fine experience with good results.

My pedicure didn’t start until 40 minutes after my appointment time. My toenails are haphazardly and crookedly cut. I also got a dip manicure. My nails are all different lengths and shapes and each finger has significant exposed fingernail on the side and cuticle around the color. Some nails look crooked and others like they’ve grown out for about a week when I got them done 12 hours ago. I had heard some good things about this place but I’m definitely not impressed. There are better, less expensive places in the city.

I met my friend there for a $30 pedicure. The whole process felt rushed. When I got out I could see that the job was very poorly done. I had paint on other parts of my toes and not all the toes were fully painted. Also nails were cut crooked and some way too short. They were not shaped well. When I wrote an email with pictures asking for a this to be redone once my nails grew out, they told me I could have a paint change within a week of my pedicure though it took them over 48 hours to respond to me. Total waste of money.

I love going to Serenity Nails & Spa. The atmosphere is professional, friendly, and clean. I haven’t had a better gel manicure anywhere else – it never chips or peels off. They earned 4 stars because of great patience and customer service. My sister took like ‘literally’ 20 minutes (or more) to get them to understand how she wanted her nails. Not upset with them for not knowing how to do the designs etc. They tried and did the best they knew how but, they are good for more simpler designs and styles. But,..they still cost more than most nails salons that does more.
