Horrible!! I waited an hour to get my nail done and every employee is on their phones!! Not a lady came in after me to get her toes painted and they RAN to service her. Absolutely never again. If I could give them a 0 I would! Gel manicures

I will NEVER go back here to get my nails done!!! They are sweet people but they can not do nails. My nails are so uneven. On one nail It is skinny one one side and super thick on the other side. Their work is just sloppy and should NOT be $70 for nails like these. My friend asked if they could do a picture she had. They said yes acted like they could do it and her nails are pointed up and look nothing like the picture. If you can’t do something someone wants then just say that and they can choose something else but this is ridiculous! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

She tried to talk me out of the design I originally showed her by saying “it’ll cost much and and take more time.” She also didn’t fail to mention how much acrylic powder she was having to use for what I wanted. Got my nails done on a Friday. She tried to talk me out of the design I originally showed her by saying “it’ll cost much and and take more time.” She also didn’t fail to mention how much acrylic powder she was having to use for what I wanted. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe two young girls that did our pedicure and nail polish change were not friendly. . We waited forever, and then it took the better part of an hour for a very OVERPRICED regular nail polish change ($20) . The polish kept pooling and we told the girl .. she said it takes an hour to dry… but it never did , so when she put disposable flip flops on …it messed up polish which she redid and then it messed up again. We had to go buy polish and redo it. I am from out of town and get frequent pedicures at home ,and was shocked by the outrageous prices $40 for a basic pedicure( for which she didn’t even trim my cuticles or really shape my nails or scrub my feet. The whole experience for myself and daughter were seriously lacking. Needless to say we will never return .Just a side note .. I have been here before on two other occasions in the past and had very positive experiences .. but the people working then were quite different then. Not sure if you have new management . But you NEED better qualified staff with personality and professionalism. Critical: QualityI’m visiting from Atlanta for a wedding and I came to get a manicure. First it took someone FOEVER to even say anything to be about a service. Then when I told her she proceeded to grab her sandwich and go to the back to eat. Didn’t give any direction or say that anyone would be with me shortly. NOTHING! I’m not sure if this is normal or maybe they just didn’t want to service a black woman. After sitting there as the other staff continued to ignore me I left. I was here three weeks ago because I needed a manicure. The staff was hardworking and swift. When I told them that I usually didn’t get manicures because I end up chipping them, the technician suggested a gel polish for my natural nail. It’s been almost three weeks and they have held up fantastically. Great experience and I plan on seeing them again.

All of my nails are crooked, there are very visible bubbles under all of them, he was very rough when prepping them, and he rushed through it. I was uncomfortable with the way the guy acted and over all very upset about my experience. This has happened on 3 occasions and I will not be giving a 4th chance. All of my nails are crooked, there are very visible bubbles under all of them, he was very rough when prepping them, and he rushed through it.
